1. Technical Services and Scopes
Aagaj Infotech provides custom software engineering, Web/mobile development, AI models training/integration, and cloud setup services. Project timelines, engineering deliverables, and technical wireframes are outlined in an approved blueprint document prior to coding.
2. Billing & Payment Milestones
Project fees are billed on predefined milestone targets or Dedicated Squad contracts. Payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the client agreement. Standard SLA milestones govern server configurations and database delivery.
3. Code and Asset Ownership
Unless otherwise specified, our clients enjoy complete intellectual property and source code ownership of the software engineered under their contract. Repositories, DNS, and hosting dashboards are set up in the client's name from day one.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations
Aagaj Infotech is not liable for business interruptions, data breaches, or cloud outages arising from third-party hosts (such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Vercel). We build securely but do not offer warranties for third-party scripts.
